§ 164.9

164.9 Retest by order or request — expense. The department may order a retest of designated animals at any time, if the department determines that a retest is necessary. In case of reactors, one retest shall be granted the owner of the designated animals by the department upon the request of the owner or owner’s veterinarian before the designated animals are permanently marked as reactors. The expense of the retest of reactors shall be borne in the same manner as provided in section 164.6.
