165.1A Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Department' means the department of agriculture and land stewardship. 2. 'Certificate of veterinary inspection' or 'certificate' means the same as defined in section 163.2. 2004 Acts, ch 1163, §20
