166B.1 Definitions. As used in this chapter: 1. 'Classical swine fever' means the contagious, infectious, and communicable disease of swine commonly known as hog cholera. 2. 'Destroy' means condemn under state authority and slaughter or otherwise kill as a result of or pursuant to such condemnation. 3. 'Exposed' means all swine in physical contact with a known infected herd or tended by a person having direct contact with an infected herd.
