178.2 Duties and objects of association. The Iowa state dairy association shall: 1. Promote dairy test associations, shows, and sales. 2. Publish a breeders’ directory. 3. Furnish such general instruction and assistance, either by institutes or otherwise, as it may deem proper, to advance the general interests of the dairy industry. 4.
