181.17 Executive committee — election — voting by nonmember producers. A producer who is not a member of the Iowa beef cattle producers association shall be entitled to vote in elections of persons to be members of the executive committee in the same manner as if the producer were a member. The members elected to the executive committee shall elect from their number the officers referred to in section 181.1A.
