181.1A Recognition of organization. The Iowa beef cattle producers association now existing in and incorporated under the laws of this state is entitled to the benefits of this chapter by filing, each year, with the department of agriculture and land stewardship, verified proof of the names of its president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer, together with other information required by the department of agriculture and land stewardship.
