181.2 Duties and objects of association. The Iowa beef cattle producers association shall do all of the following: 1. Aid in the marketing and promotion of the cattle industry of the state. 2. Conduct research on beef production and evaluate Iowa beef production needs. 3. Provide educational materials and opportunities to consumers, producers, and youth regarding the benefits of Iowa’s beef cattle industry. 4. Prepare an annual report of the proceedings and expenditures of the executive committee as provided in section 181.18B.
