184A.10 Referendum. Upon receipt of a petition signed by at least twenty-five producers requesting an initial referendum election to determine whether to impose the fee as provided in section 184A.2 the secretary shall call and conduct an initial referendum. [C73, 75, 77, 79, 81, §184A.10]
