185C.16 Notice of referendum. Notice of a referendum election to initiate or terminate a promotional order shall be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in this state at least ten days prior to the date of the referendum and in any other reasonable manner as determined by the secretary for the initial referendum and by the board for termination of the promotional order.
