218.96 Gifts, grants, devises, and bequests. The director may accept gifts, grants, devises, or bequests of real or personal property from the federal government or any source. The director may exercise such powers with reference to the property accepted as deemed essential to the property’s preservation and the purposes for which given, granted, devised, or bequeathed.
