222.62 Residency in another county. When the regional administrator for the county determines that the residency of the person is other than in the county in which the application is received, the determination shall be certified to the superintendent of the resource center or the special unit where the person is a patient. The certification shall be accompanied by a copy of the evidence supporting the determination. If the person is not eligible for the medical assistance program, the superintendent shall charge the expenses already incurred and unadjusted to the mental health and disability services region for the county of the person’s residency.
