222.84 Patients’ personal deposit fund. There is established at each resource center and special unit a patients’ personal deposit fund. In the case of a special unit, the director may direct that the patients’ personal deposit fund be maintained and administered as a part of the fund established, pursuant to sections 226.43 through 226.46, by the state mental health institute where the special unit is located.
