222.89 Location — staff and personnel. The director may: 1. Designate a portion of the physical facilities of one of the mental health institutes to be occupied by the offices and facilities of the special unit. 2. Determine the extent to which the special unit may effectively utilize services of the mental health institute staff, and what staff personnel should be employed for and assigned specifically to the special unit.
