225C.28B Rights of persons with an intellectual disability, developmental disabilities, brain injury, or chronic mental illness. All of the following rights shall apply to a person with an intellectual disability, a developmental disability, brain injury, or chronic mental illness: 1. Wage protection. A person with an intellectual disability, a developmental disability, brain injury, or chronic mental illness engaged in work programs shall be paid wages commensurate with the going rate for comparable work and productivity. 2.
