226.17 Expense attending retaking. All actual and necessary expenses incurred in the taking into protective custody, restraint, and return to the mental health institute of the patient shall be paid on itemized vouchers, sworn to by the claimants and approved by the director or the director’s designee, from any moneys in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated.
