226.32 Overcrowded conditions. The director shall order the discharge or removal from the mental health institute of incurable and harmless patients whenever it is necessary to make room for recent cases. If a patient who is to be discharged entered the mental health institute voluntarily, the director shall notify the regional administrator for the county interested at least ten days in advance of the day of actual discharge.
