227.12 Difference of opinion. When a difference of opinion exists between the director and the authorities in charge of any private or county facility in regard to the transfer of a patient as provided in sections 227.10 and 227.11, the matter shall be submitted to the district court of the county in which the facility is situated and shall be summarily tried as an equitable action, and the judgment of the district court shall be final.
