230A.102 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Catchment area' means a community mental health center catchment area identified in accordance with this chapter. 2. 'Commission', 'department', 'director', and 'disability services' mean the same as defined in section 225C.2. 3.
