232.106 Terms and conditions on child’s parent. If the court enters an order under this chapter which imposes terms and conditions on the child’s parent, guardian, or custodian, the purpose of the terms and conditions shall be to assure the protection of the child. The order is subject to the following provisions: 1. The order shall state the reasons for and purpose of the terms and conditions. 2. If a parent, guardian, or custodian is required to have a chemical test of blood or urine for the purpose of determining the presence of an illegal drug, the test shall be a medically relevant test as defined in section 232.73. 95 Acts, ch 182, §9; 96 Acts, ch 1092, §5
