235F.4 Appointment of guardian ad litem. The court may on its own motion or on the motion of a party appoint a guardian ad litem for a vulnerable elder if justice requires. The vulnerable elder’s attorney shall not also serve as the guardian ad litem. 2014 Acts, ch 1107, §4
