239.7 Case review of applicant and recipient information. 1. If the information obtained from a review of an applicant’s or recipient’s information under this chapter does not result in the department finding a discrepancy or change in an individual’s circumstances affecting eligibility, the department shall take no further action. 2. If the information obtained from a review of the applicant’s or recipient’s information under this chapter results in the department finding a discrepancy or change in the individual’s circumstances affecting eligibility, the department shall respond in accordance with the provisions of sections 239.8 and 239.9. 2023 Acts, ch 104, §7 NEW section
