§ 241.1

241.1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Department' means the department of health and human services. 2. 'Director' means the director of health and human services. 3. 'Displaced homemaker' means an individual who meets all of the following criteria: a. Has worked principally in the home providing unpaid household services for family members. b. Is not gainfully employed. c. Has had, or would apparently have, difficulty finding appropriate paid employment. d. Has been dependent on the income of another family member but is no longer supported by that income, is or has been dependent on government assistance, or is supported as the parent of a child who is sixteen or seventeen years of age.
