252E.15 Rulemaking authority — compliance. The department shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A to implement this chapter for cases for which services are being provided pursuant to chapter 252B. The department shall cooperate with any agency of the state or federal government as may be necessary to qualify for federal funds in conformity with provisions of this chapter and Tit.
