252K.904 Effective date — pending matters. 1. This chapter takes effect July 1, 2015. 2. A tribunal of this state shall apply this chapter beginning July 1, 2015, with the following conditions: a. Matters pending on July 1, 2015, shall be governed by this chapter. b.
