§ 256.105

256.105 Transfer of a student to the university of Iowa hospitals and clinics. The department may send any student of the Iowa school for the deaf to the university of Iowa hospitals and clinics for treatment and care. The department shall pay the traveling expenses of such student, and when necessary the traveling expenses of an attendant for the student, out of funds appropriated for the use of the department. 2023 Acts, ch 19, §2482 See also §263.21 NEW section
