256.158A Required annual report to general assembly. Annually, on or before June 30 of each year, the board shall submit to the general assembly a report that contains information related to the number and types of disciplinary hearings before the board, any trends in the number or types of disciplinary hearings before the board, the number of hearings requested under section 279.24, and any other information deemed relevant by the board in order to inform the general assembly of the status of the enforcement of the board’s rules. The report shall not include any personally identifiable information related to individuals who participated in hearings before the board. 2023 Acts, ch 95, §5 NEW section
