256.99 Clothing and prescriptions. The superintendent of the Iowa school for the deaf shall provide students, who would otherwise be without, with clothing or prescription refills, and shall bill the student’s parent or guardian, if the student is a minor, or the student if the student has attained the age of majority, for any clothing or prescription refills provided.
