256H.3 Compact commissioner — appointment. In accordance with section 256H.1, article VIII of the interstate compact on educational opportunity for military children, the governor shall designate a compact commissioner, who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor and who shall be responsible for the administration and management of this state’s participation in the compact and shall serve as this state’s voting representative on the interstate commission on educational opportunity for military children as provided in section 256H.1, article IX of the compact. 2009 Acts, ch 31, §3, 4 Referred to in §256H.1, 256H.2
