257B.36 Resale by state. All lands now acquired under permanent school fund foreclosure proceedings shall be resold within ten years from January 1, 1939, and lands acquired after such date shall be resold within six years from date of foreclosure. Such land shall be appraised, advertised, and sold in the manner provided for the appraisement, advertisement, sale and conveyance of the sixteenth section or lands selected in lieu thereof.
