260C.24 Payment of appropriations. Payment of appropriations for distribution under this chapter, or of appropriations made in lieu of such appropriations, shall be made by the department of administrative services in monthly installments due on or about the fifteenth of each month of a budget year, and installments shall be as nearly equal as possible, as determined by the department of administrative services, taking into consideration the relative budget and cash position of the state resources. 95 Acts, ch 218, §18; 2003 Acts, ch 145, §286
