261F.9 Rules — investigation authority — enforcement. 1. The attorney general shall administer this chapter and promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 17A, necessary for the implementation of this chapter. Unless otherwise provided, all actions by the attorney general pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 17A. 2. The attorney general is authorized to conduct an investigation to determine whether to initiate proceedings pursuant to this chapter to the same extent as the investigation authority granted the attorney general under section 714.16. 2008 Acts, ch 1132, §11
