262.33 Fire protection contracts. The state board of regents shall have power to enter into contracts with the governing body of any city or other municipal corporation for the protection from fire of any property under the control of the board, located in any such municipal corporation or in territory contiguous thereto, upon such terms as may be agreed upon.
