262.64 Federal or other aid accepted. The state board of regents is authorized to apply for and accept federal aid or nonfederal gifts or grants of funds and to use the same to pay all or any part of the cost of carrying out any project at any institution under the terms of this subchapter or to pay any bonds and interest thereon issued for any of the purposes specified in this subchapter.
