263.19 Purchases. Any purchase of materials, appliances, instruments, or supplies by the university of Iowa hospitals and clinics shall be made pursuant to open competitive quotations, and all contracts for such purchases shall be in compliance with purchasing policies of the state board of regents. 2005 Acts, ch 167, §48, 66; 2012 Acts, ch 1138, §119
