266.20 Interest earnings. If the interest earned on moneys accumulated by campus organizations at the Iowa state university of science and technology is not available for expenditure by those respective campus organizations, the Iowa state university of science and technology shall allocate that interest to campus improvements that are of benefit to students and have been accepted by the student government or to the student financial aid office to be used for the work-study program. 89 Acts, ch 319, §70
