266.36 Financial management services. The Iowa cooperative extension service in agriculture and home economics shall accelerate the development of computer software and field staff training to increase the extension service’s ability to offer financial management and counseling services to individual farm operators and to increase the analysis and understanding of financial management, marketing and related subjects among farm operators. 84 Acts, ch 1315, §27
