321.199 Driver’s license records. The department shall file every application for a license received by it and shall maintain suitable indexes containing, in alphabetical order, all of the following: 1. All applications denied and the reasons for the denial. 2. All applications granted. 3. The name of every licensee who has been disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle or whose license has been suspended, revoked, or canceled by the department and after each name a note on the reasons for the action.
