321.281 Actions against bicyclists. 1. A person operating a motor vehicle shall not steer the motor vehicle unreasonably close to or toward a person riding a bicycle on a highway, including the roadway or the shoulder adjacent to the roadway. 2. A person shall not knowingly project any object or substance at or against a person riding a bicycle on a highway. 3. A person who violates this section commits a simple misdemeanor punishable as a scheduled violation under section 805.8A, subsection 14, paragraph 'k'. 2010 Acts, ch 1193, §143 Referred to in §805.8A(14)(k)
