321.408 Back-up lamps. 1. A motor vehicle may be equipped with a back-up lamp either separately or in combination with another lamp. 2. A back-up lamp shall not be continuously lighted when the motor vehicle is in forward motion. 3. A person who violates this section commits a simple misdemeanor.
