322.13 Rules. 1. The department shall have full authority to prescribe reasonable rules for the administration and enforcement of this chapter, which shall be in addition to and not inconsistent with this chapter. All rules shall be filed and entered by the department in its office in an indexed, permanent book or record, with the effective date of the rules suitably indicated. The book or record shall be a public document. The department may provide notice of a new rule or regulation by a posting on the department’s internet site. 2. The department shall have power to prescribe the forms to be used in connection with the licensing of persons as provided in this chapter.
