323.8 Compulsory attendance at hearings. The department may issue subpoenas, administer oaths, compel the attendance of witnesses and production of books, papers, documents and other evidence. The department may apply to the district court of the county in which the hearing is to be held for a court order to enforce actions taken under this section. [C75, 77, 79, 81, §323.8]
