326.24 Registration denied or suspended. If the international fuel tax agreement license issued to an applicant or registrant under chapter 452A is suspended or revoked or if the director refuses to issue an international fuel tax agreement license because of unpaid debt, the director may deny or suspend the applicant’s or registrant’s registration under this chapter. 2007 Acts, ch 143, §26
