327C.41 Additional reports. The department may also require of any and all common carriers subject to the provisions of chapter 327D such other reports, and fix the time for filing the same, as in its judgment shall be necessary and reasonable, which reports shall be in such form, and concerning such subjects, and be from such sources as it shall direct, except as otherwise provided herein.
