§ 327c-43

327C.43 Violations. Any corporation, company, or individual owning or operating a railway within the state, neglecting or refusing to make the required reports by the date fixed by rule of the department, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a schedule 'one' penalty for each and every day of delay in making the same after the date thus fixed.
