327D.174 Notice prescribed. A deposit in the United States post office or public mailing box of a written notice addressed to the consignee at the address given upon the bill of lading will constitute service of the notice required by section 327D.173, and forty-eight hours from the date of the mailing of such notice shall be a reasonable time in which to receive said shipment.
