327D.200 Inconsistency with federal law — railroads. If any provision of this chapter is inconsistent or conflicts with federal laws, rules, or regulations applicable to railway corporations subject to the jurisdiction of the surface transportation board, the department shall suspend the provision, but only to the extent necessary to eliminate the inconsistency or conflict. 83 Acts, ch 121, §4; 2003 Acts, ch 108, §63
