327D.27 Penalty for discrimination. Any corporation making any unjust discrimination as to freight rates, or the rates for the use and transportation of railway cars, or in receiving, handling, or delivering freight, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a schedule 'four' penalty; or shall be subject to the liability prescribed in section 327D.28, to be recovered as therein provided.
