327F.32 Railroad employee credentials. An engineer, conductor, brake operator, or any other member of the crew of a locomotive or railroad train operated upon a railroad track, including a railroad track intersecting with a street or highway at a railroad grade crossing, is not required to provide a driver’s license to a law enforcement officer in connection with the operation of the locomotive or railroad train. 2014 Acts, ch 1030, §1
