328.54 Biennial report. The department shall publish biennially an airport directory which shall contain a listing of all airports in the state which are open to public use. The department may charge a reasonable fee based on the cost of publication and distribution to those persons receiving a copy of the directory. [C77, 79, 81, §328.54]
