330A.19 Eligibility as investments and security for public funds. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law or laws, all bonds issued by an authority pursuant to this chapter shall be and constitute legal investments for banks, savings banks, trustees, executors, and all other fiduciaries, and all such bonds shall be and constitute securities eligible for deposit for the securing of all state, municipal, and other public funds.
